The Road

In answer to all your questions, what I can offer is; I was trying to entice you into thinking deeply about this statement and image, and perhaps the concepts behind them. Most will realize that ‘knowing the road’ is like knowing the future. We can’t ‘know’ it until we walk it. The only thing we can fully know is the road we stand on right now.

In being,
Simply living,
Embracing Creation,
To gift to all an open smile,
My little child nettling in my lap,
Streaks of red and amber, blossoming day,
Joyous sounds filling the air, my children at play,
As the star falls into the night, it brightens my world,
For healing my pain, an almost silent whisper of the winds,

In seeing a need in another, my must soul reach out to help,
Simplicity of silence breeds understanding, peace, love,
Non judgemental listening ear, building compassion,
Extending my hand, much love to share freely,
This the import part of a life of happiness,
But a small part of blessings held,
A glorious life to be lived,
And your part too,
So lucky I am,
Thank you,

An End, or a New Beginning

Waiting
The end so near, but it does not come
Anticipation, a longing to at last go home
This unbearable agony, need left far behind
Stepping forward on the next step of my journey
Excitement for the newest of futures to come

And yet, here I set…

Waiting
The end so near, but it does not come
Anticipation, a longing to at last go home
This unbearable agony, need left far behind
Stepping forward on the next step of my journey
Excitement for the newest of futures to come

And yet, here I set
Is there reason, must be, need be
Something yet to do, task incomplete, work unfinished
More unknown, laid out in need of my skills
A helping to be offered, another someone in need
I need to know, desperately, for weary I be

I look within for answers, finding not
Reaching to the Creator, only silence returned
I ask help, yet no hand is thrust forward
Feeling lost, abused, abandoned, alone again
Would I beg, plead, cry out in my shame
Alas, I fear but another voice, lost to the night

So I set here, waiting
All agony, pain, and despair
Hope but a memory, Alone…
